High-end premium-priced premium beef and soup noodles that’s delicious, yet pricey.
A great treat for yourself after a long week.
The beef tendons are soft and creamy and full of collagen…. highly recommended.
Remember to bring some cash and coins because they don’t take digital payment in any form🤷🏻♂️
Pho broth is indeed quite rich but is lacking some refreshing elements. Beef is juicy. Just Not the best pho in HK
My favourite pho place! I usually order the raw beef pho and add more meat. The broth is so full of flavour that I can drink it to the last drop.
Tips: this place always has a queue during peak dining hours, so best to come early. Bring cash because they don’t accept any other mode of payment. They also don’t allow takeout of their pho.
Ordered the premium beef noodle, it tastes good but a bit overpriced in my opinion. The pork chop rice is quite horrible, too salty. I wonder what’s the standard of Michelin?
Delicious pho, beef noodles - we chose raw beef, Vietnamese sausage and tripe. The broth, was tasty and we could finish the whole bowl of soup.
Seating was good. Service was good too.
This restaurant is overrated and over priced. I ordered the premium raw beef pho n only 3 super thin slices of beef in the soup. The soup didn't taste of beef at all. The waitress just wanted to rush you out once you put down your chopsticks. It's just not worth the price at all.
Quality pho which comes with a cost. The beef, noodles and most importantly the broth were really well done. The broth has good depth of beef flavour and at the same time quite delicate. You can almost taste the sweetness of the beef. However, it is quite pricy for a bowl of pho.
Vietnamese and Mexican food are my favorite. This is a clean small Vietnamese restaurant. Five stars because it has the best tasting pho for Hong Kong. I have tried so many other pho places and have been disappointed every time! This is as closest to good pho in the west coast US. Love all the herbs provided and the meat and noodle ratio was good. I was really full after one bowl. Happy that now I know exactly where to go to get my pho fix! My husband also liked his pork belly vermicelli bowl. The banh cuon was also good but you only get three. Can’t wait to go back! Now if only I can find the best real Mexican food I’d be set here.
